Practice Boundary

You can view the practice boundary here

We've taken care to make this as accurate as possible, but the surgery may need to confirm addresses are within the boundary for patients living on the margin. This covers patients that attend both Rosegarth and Siddal surgeries.

You may still be able to register with the surgery if you live outside of the boundary, under the terms of a scheme administered by NHS England. You can read about that here. This scheme is only suitable for patients that do not require regular home visits. If you do require regular home visiting, or your health changes so that this becomes a factor, you may be asked to register at a GP practice closer to home.

Please contact surgery reception if you have any questions.
