GP Net Earnings

All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.

The average pay for a GPs working at Rosegarth Surgery on the last financial year was £81,929 before tax and National Insurance, and £41,225 for a part-time GP. This was for 3 Full time GPs and 3 part-time GPs who worked in the practice for more than six months.

These figures make no allowance for the number of hours worked by each GP and should not be used as a method of calculating full time equivalent earnings.
